Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, account management, and technical support related to betting services.
- Educate customers on betting options, odds, promotions, and responsible gambling practices.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Report to the team leader and collaborate with various supervisors to meet the needs of the customer service unit.
- Escalate all necessary issues to management in a timely fashion
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide a report to the team leader.
Requirements:
- Graduate (Diploma or equivalent in any Field)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili (written and verbal).
- Experience with computers, browsers, and mobile devices
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Ability to learn and adapt in a fast and dynamic, multinational, multilingual and multicultural environment;
- Must be able to work 24/7 on Day or Night shifts and weekends/holidays as scheduled.
- Candidates with sports betting knowledge and betting are highly preferred
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a betting company in the same position is highly preferred.
