Reporting to: Shaft Infrastructure Maintenance Planner
Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Create, Print, distribute, Collect, and file work order forms for Engineering services, shaft Operation, Millwright, Shaft Electrical and instrumentation teams.
- Prepare KPI report for all performed, signed, and submitted work orders.
- Prepare and maintain regular production/inventory reports/attendance records using established formats and sources of data applicable to the program, functional, or organizational reporting requirements.
- Control Office Supplies and organize parts for as per the operational requirements.
Work closely with Engineering services, shaft Operation, Millwright, Shaft Electrical and instrumentation teams to
ensure efficiency. - Review, prepare and record documents with precision for specific requirements necessary for processing.
- Update maintenance board.
- Ensure safe work practices by attending compulsory safety courses and meetings.
- Facilitate communication between different departments.
- Preparation and distribution of all necessary and required operational reports.
Qualification requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/IT Engineering
- Basic Computer certificate
Skills / knowledge requirements:
- Ability to work in underground environment.
- Good strong communication skill
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Computer Microsoft Office Application skills (Ms Word, Ms Exel & Avanced Excel, Ms Power Point etc.).
- High standards in the use of Excel Spread sheets.
- Good knowledge of SAP management system
- Ability to read and understand Machinery Manuals including Parts/Technical and Schematics
- Sound and correct understanding of equipment reliability and scheduling
Experience and competencies needed:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Maintenance Planning/Scheduling
- SAP knowledge will be added advantage.
