Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Brand Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, activations, marketing initiatives, partnerships and operational improvement projects. This role requires someone who can seamlessly combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring all projects enhance guest experience, align with the brand’s vision, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Activation Management
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee in-house events, themed nights, and special activations from concept to execution.
- Liaise with artists, DJs, performers, and vendors to secure talent and services.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including setup, décor, technical requirements, and breakdown.
- Monitor event performance and provide post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns for events, menus, day to day activities and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, both online and offline.
- Manage influencer and media engagement to generate visibility and buzz for the venue.
- Monitor trends in the hospitality and nightlife industry to inform creative activations.
Project Management
- Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work for events, campaigns, and operational projects.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Track budgets and ensure activities remain within approved financial limits.
- Identify risks, propose solutions, and resolve operational issues quickly.
Operational Support
- Support the General Manager in implementing operational improvements for service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure coordination between front-of-house, kitchen, and bar teams for smooth event and day-to-day operations.
- Oversee production schedules for event-related materials, ensuring timely approvals and execution.
Social Media & PR Support
- Work with the social media team to create engaging content showcasing events, day to day experience at the Lounge, and behind-the-scenes experiences.
- Provide on-ground support for live coverage during events.
- Coordinate with PR partners to secure media coverage and maintain positive public relations.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly project status updates and event performance reports.
- Consolidate team feedback and guest insights into actionable improvement plans.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years’ experience in project management, events, hospitality, or marketing.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience working with vendors, artists, and entertainment industry contacts.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach to work.
