JOB DESCRIPTION: BRANCH MANAGER

We Are Currently Seeking A Proactive And Results-Driven Branch Manager To Oversee Our Operations. As The Branch Manager, You Will Be Responsible For The Overall Performance And Profitability Of The Branch, Ensuring Efficient Operations, Excellent Customer Service, And Achieving Business Objectives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration
Experience: Proven 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve branch sales targets, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of branch staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to optimize their performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and recommend effective strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders in the Mwanza market.
  • Analyze financial reports, sales data, and operational metrics to assess branch performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and HR, to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Mwanza market, including competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, create budgets, and manage resources effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
