Assistant Human Resource Officer at King Casino

Key Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment processes, manage onboarding, and coordinate employee training initiatives.
Maintain and update employee records while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Address employee concerns, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Assist with HR policy implementation, performance management, and payroll processes.
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure organizational efficiency.
Organize and maintain company records, documents, and communications.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company events.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR and administrative role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
