What you’ll do
- Oversee art promotion and visibility across three campuses.
- Manage artwork orders, coordinating all logistics for delivery, and maintain organised records.
- Collaborate with the Academic and Marketing teams to produce and distribute artist statements and promotional materials.
- Oversee the art gallery’s orders logistics, ensuring secure packaging and timely delivery of artworks.
- Liaising with visitors on matters regarding to Art Initiative Program’s promotion.
- Work hand in hand with the Marketing team in ensuring all art found in the website are UpToDate and reflects the student’s talents.
- Work together in a team delegating tasks to our CSY volunteers.
- Play an important role in the promotion of student-created artworks locally and internationally to cultivate a supportive network.
- Coordinate and participate in exhibitions, fairs, and events to showcase and raise funds from the students’ artworks.
- Review and enforce art procedures to ensure team adherence, fostering an environment that strongly supports student artwork and the growth of the Art Initiative Program.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase financial support for student artwork, including digital marketing, in-person promotions, and internal art exhibitions.
- Ensuring all Art displays around the organisation are well kept and in good condition.
- Liaise with the Experience and Culture Manager to ensure smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.
What we’re looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Business, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with demonstrated experience in, Adobe InDesign., Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or art promotion, with knowledge of both local and international markets. At least one year of sales and marketing experience is an advantage.
- An energetic and friendly attitude with the ability to be flexible, patient, personable, reliable and easy going.
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Strong time management skills with previous experience managing a small team is an advantage.
