Position: Administrator
Location: Dar es salaam
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily
- Functioning Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events Handle
incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and redirect them as necessary - Maintain filing systems, databases, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Order office supplies and equipment and maintain inventory levels
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports
- Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and executives
- Liaise with external vendors, clients, and partners as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
