POSITION: AFFILIATE MANAGER

DEPARTMENT: MARKETING

LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA

REPORTING TO: HEAD OF ONLINE

Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue growth for our products and services.
Build and maintain relationships with existing affiliate partners and recruit new partners to expand our affiliate network.
Create and manage affiliate campaigns, including designing and executing promotional materials and tracking affiliate performance.
Analyse affiliate performance data to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities for growth.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align affiliate marketing efforts with broader business goals.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and make recommendations for improvements to our affiliate program.

Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent in marketing, business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through affiliate partnerships.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
