Summary
Neo Tech & Services Limited is looking for Account Managers/Sales Officers.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Key Responsibility
- To achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets set by management.
- Serves customers by selling products and services and meeting customer requirements.
- Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to visit and call on potential sales outlets.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 Years’ Sales experience.
- Excellent communication and listening skills. (Both in English & Kiswahili) ∙ Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, inventory databases, and other sales software.
- The ability to understand and utilize a large volume of product information and sector expertise to solve client inquiries and close sales.
- Lead generation and Meeting sales goals as set by Management.
- Business Deal Prospecting, negotiation and Closing skills
- Self-confidence
