The key purpose of this role is to be responsible for all aspects of the export business of TDL including customer management, business development, planning and forecasting, Marketing & Trade Marketing, and alignment with Supply.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growing TDL export volume within existing markets and customers and for seeding new ones
- Manage existing customer relationships and identify ways to grow volume profitably and sustainably
- Identify and onboard new customers through active business development program
- Support customers to execute brand plans in collaboration with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and agencies
- Lead and optimize S&OP routines for line of sight with customers and accurate financial forecasting and demand planning
- Coordinate with customers and the Supply team to manage production based on detailed forecasts
- Manage customer credit, payments, and the full ordering process including setting up recognized bank guarantees and letters of credit (LCs) where applicable in collaboration with the Finance team
- Identify opportunities within our portfolio to increase volume and profitability with existing and new customers

Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the beer or consumer products sales and distribution.
