Location: Arusha

Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Preferred: Male Candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
• Ensure all rooms, common areas, and facilities are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Conduct inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall quality.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to follow proper procedures.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Position: Housekeeping Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining cleanliness, order, and overall upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and back-ofhouse areas.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or damages and Occasionally assisting with
  laundry and handling guest requests for extra items or services

Position: Bar Man

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar
  area, and providing excellent customer service.
• Handling inventory and restocking
  supplies.
• Collaboration with Other Staff and Promoting Menu Items.

Position: SPA Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of various SPA treatments such as massages, facials, pedicure, manicure and
  body therapies
