DERICK GLOBAL TRADING COMPANY LTD

DGT -Derick Global Trading Company LTD was first founded by Willfred Tarimo, in Kilimanjaro Tanzania during October 2014, with a mindset on creating a recipe for brilliant tasting Gin. He was determined to create a perfect combination of fine spirit with rich botanicals while laying out quality and standards which are maintained to this day.

We have three Products in Total, Which are Highlife Gin ( Our Main Product), Crystal Flavored Gin and Budget Beer.

Highlife Gin, It was Introduced in 2014 in Tanzania by DGT. It has 38% alcohol. Ingredients used are, Fine spirit, Gin Flavor and Deionized water. Our Slogan is We are The Gin To Your Tonic. It is available in 200 mls and 750 mls.
Crystal Flavored Gin, It was Introduced in March 2020 in Tanzania by DGT. It has 40% alcohol. It is available in 200 mls Budget Beer, It was Introduced in 2018 in Tanzania by DGT.

We are looking for : 3 SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Location;

  1. SUMBAWANGA (1- Post)
  2. SINGIDA (1-Post)
  3. HANDENI (1- Post)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of Sales Experience in alcoholic beverage companies.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas especially in alcoholic beverage companies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swahili.
  • Driving knowledge and experience as well as a valid driving license class D and above will be an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
  • To meet sales targets given by the company.
  • To schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
  • To create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
  • To crack all sales activities and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • To Communicate customer and prospects product pinpoint to appropriate departments.
  • To maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
  • To develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • To meet and /or exceed quotas.
  • To coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales efforts.
