Department: Retail and SME Banking
Section: Branches Networks
Reports to: Senior Relationship Officer
Location: Igunga, Pemba and Bukoba
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for creating and managing customer relationships and ensure optimal sell of bank products notably Insurance, MSMEs to customers, creatively tailor products to meet individual customer needs. To handle customer service issues (complaints & feedback) and reporting to relevant authorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strengthening and nurturing client relationships with a focus on businesses and SMEs.
Understanding clients’ financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
Acquiring new business customers and expanding the SME customer base.
Cross-selling a range of banking products and services to meet client needs.
Providing financial advice and support to business and SME clients.
In Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Managing loan portfolios for corporate and SME clients.
Conducting regular reviews of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Representing the bank in business networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Adhering to regulatory guidelines and compliance standards in all client interactions.
Working towards achieving revenue targets and business growth objectives.
To perform any other relate duties as may be assigned by Supervisor.
Education:
Holder of Bachelor Degree/Advanced Diploma in one of the following fields; Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Economics, Entrepreneurship or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions.
