Position: Business Development Specialist

Location: Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. You will drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze and expand business operations to sustain growth.
• Monitor revenue streams and identify profitability opportunities.
• Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
• Perform competitor analysis and develop new business lines.
• Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships.
• Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Development or Sales (Master’s or MBA preferred).
