1 .SITE MANAGER 6 POSITION
A Site Manager who will be responsible for overseeing projects on sites from start to finish. To ensure that the project runs smoothly, on schedule, and within budget. Coordinating workers, as well as managing safety of the staff while at work.
Requirement and skills
- Must be knowledgeable about project management skills
- Healthy and Safety requirements skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Be able to work well under pressure.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Must have HR career back ground
- Good in Microsoft office
- Well knowledgeable with Tanzania Labor law
- Excellent time management and leadership skills
- Must have work experience in managerial position 3years + ( 35 – 45 age)
Site Manager education and training requirements
- Must be a holder of master or a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Management/Administration.
Work experience of 3 years and above.
2. HR MANAGER 6 PEOPLE
An HR Manager, required to oversee HR practices, processes and strategies with duties include overseeing the recruitment process, planning and implementing training programs for staff and ensuring that employees follow best practices and company policies
Requirements and skills
- Must be knowledgeable in Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding process, ensuring that a company’s procedures comply with employment regulations
- A person who can monitor various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave
- A person who can hand any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
- A person who is able to Set and review pay structures and employee perks and benefits
- Must be knowledgeable in Preparing and processing staff payroll and salary payment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Be able to work well under pressure.
- Good in Microsoft office
- Excellent time management and leadership skills
- Excellent in Tanzania labor law
- Must have works experience as HR NOT less than 3 years
HR Manager education and training requirements
- Must be a holder of Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Management/Administration.
Work experience of 3 years and above.
3. PROJECT COORDINATORS (2 POSITION)(
A project coordinator is required to supports Site managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring resource availability for the project team.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Team-management and leadership skills
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools

- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Project Coordinator Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management /Administration or a related field
- Project management certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), project management professional (PMP) or similar
- Working knowledge of project management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
4. HEALTH AND SAFETY PERSONAL
We are seeking a responsible Safety Officer to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OSHA) guidelines. Your primary role will be advising on measures to minimize hazards and maintain a safe working environment. Vigilance in identifying violations is crucial.
The ideal candidate is a dedicated individual who strictly adheres to OSHA regulations.
Your objective is to establish a workplace that meets legal safety standards and cultivates a culture of prioritizing health and safety.
Requirements and Skills .
- Certification from recognized occupational health and safety body (OSHA)
- Communication Skill: must be able to provide company staff with useful safety information by means of clear language.
- Proven experience as safety officer
- In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures
- Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices
- Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety
- Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
- Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus

5. ADMINISTRATION CLERK
Administrative Clerk Qualifications and Skills
An administrative clerk required with skills and qualifications that are essential for the smooth functioning of an office environment.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes
- A fast typist with knowledge in stenography and taking dictations
- Strong organizational skills to manage files, documents, schedules, and other office systems efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues, superiors, and clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Detail-oriented nature to ensure accuracy in tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and document handling.

- Technical proficiency to read blueprints and technical documents.
