1. DRAINAGE ENGINEER 

JOB DESCRIPTION  

As a Drainage Engineer, you are responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the  installation and maintenance of water disposal systems. These systems ensure proper drainage  and guard against flooding, contributing to the safety and efficiency 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Site Assessment: Conduct thorough inspections of project sites to evaluate existing  drainage conditions, identify potential issues, and gather data for design purposes. 2. –Design: Develop comprehensive drainage plans, including the selection of appropriate  pipes, culverts, ditches, and other structures to effectively manage water runoff 3. –Software Utilization: Employ specialized software for hydrological modeling, hydraulic  analysis, and design calculations to optimize drainage solutions 
2. –Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure  seamless integration of drainage systems into overall project plans 
3. –Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to local, laws, and regulations related to drainage and  environmental protection. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

The ideal candidate for this role should have: 

• A minimum education required at least a Degree in Civil Engineering and any other  related field. 
• Proven work experience as a Drainage engineer on a construction site for not less than  5 years 
• Strong understanding of hydrology, hydraulics, and geotechnical engineering principles • Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Micro drainage) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude 
• Registered with the required professional board

2. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER 

JOB DESCRIPTION  

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of  various structures, ensuring their safety and durability. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Monitor and inspect all work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness 2. Inspect properties to evaluate the conditions and foundations 
2. Consider the strength of construction materials and select appropriately. 4. Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval 
3. Prepare reports, designs, and drawings on 2D – 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD)  software. 
4. Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, training sessions, and  compliance documentation. Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies  as required. 

QUALIFICATION  

The ideal candidate for this role should have: 

• A minimum education required at least a degree in Civil or structural engineering and any other related field 
• Proven work experience as a Structural engineer on a construction site for not less than  5 years 
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

3. HYDROLOGIST 

JOB DESCRIPTION  

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting hydrological studies, analyzing data,  and developing water resource management strategies. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Supervise the construction and repair of weather stations and stations for measuring the  quantity of water in rivers, dams, and lakes 
2. Prepare plans and other diagrams of observation networks (observation networks) of  hydrology and meteorology 
3. Diagnose mechanical issues, oversee troubleshooting processes, and execute repairs as  needed to resolve equipment malfunctions promptly. 
4. Managing the hydrological investigation of the relationship between water depth and water  quantity (stage-discharge observations) 
5. Coordinating and conducting a preliminary survey of activities related to hydrological  stations; and.

• A minimum education required at least a degree in Hydrology or Water Resources Engineering and any other related field 
• Proven work experience as a Hydrologist Engineer, or similar role of not less than 5 years

4. ARCHITECT 

JOB DESCRIPTION  

The Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and overseeing architectural projects within  the projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with industry standards. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Develop detailed architectural plans, designs, and specifications for manufacturing  facility projects. Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to  completion, including feasibility studies, planning, design, and construction oversight 
2. Ensure that architectural designs align with manufacturing industry standards, safety  regulations, and environmental considerations. 
3. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and compliance with  architectural plans Monitor and ensure the quality of construction work, materials, and  equipment to meet industry standards and specifications

QUALIFICATIONS: 

The ideal candidate for this role should have: 

• A minimum education required at least a Bachelor in Architecture.  
• Proven experience as an Architect, with a portfolio showcasing completed architectural  projects for not less than 5 years 
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. • Excellent design and visualization skills

5. QUANTITY SURVEYOR  

JOB DESCRIPTION  

The quantity surveyor will be tasked with analysing existing budgets and making  improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various  contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Evaluate quotations obtained from different suppliers & subcontractors, ensure quantities  and specifications are in line with tender and project specifications 
2. Prepare and update the material procurement schedule and material status and forward  it to the head office.  
3. Prepares cost estimates for different phases of the project  
4. Examines, controls, and evaluates sub-contractors’ invoices and ensures the contractual  obligations are satisfied and advice the project management on payments of the same  5. Requests for variations, compiling Pricing of VO based on Contract unit rates, 

QUALIFICATION  

The ideal candidate for this role should have: 

• A minimum education is required. Degree in Quantity survey and any other related field • Impressive numeracy skills to handle the financial and mathematical demands of the  role. 
• Possess business etiquette with a strong work ethic, high level of honesty/integrity,  results-oriented, ability to deliver under pressure 
• Must be a registered member of Engineers or Quantity Surveyor Association • Ability to read architectural drawings and have an appreciation of construction  processes

6. SERVICE ENGINEER 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting  various technical systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Installation: Install and commission equipment and systems at client sites, ensuring  they are fully operational. 
2. Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and repair work to keep equipment running  smoothly and prevent breakdowns. 
3. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing on-site support and  solutions to minimize downtime. 
4. Client Training: Train clients on the correct usage and basic maintenance of the  equipment.

The OHS Expert will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by developing,  implementing, and monitoring health and safety programs, policies, and procedures. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify  potential workplace hazards. 
2. Safety Protocols: Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize  risks and ensure a safe working environment. 
3. Training: Conduct safety training sessions for employees, ensuring they understand and  comply with safety regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Research: Conduct research on local and exotic plant species, focusing on their growth  patterns, environmental needs, and potential uses in landscaping. 
2. Plant Selection: Advise on the selection of plants for landscaping projects, considering  factors such as climate, soil type, and aesthetics. 
3. Conservation: Develop and implement strategies for the conservation of native plant  species and habitats.
