1、Job Position: Sales Representatives(Dar es Salaam – 3 Positions
Job Descriptio
- Develop and maintain customer relationships – Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities – Actively seek new business opportunities and follow up on leads
- Achieve sales targets – Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations – Explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals – Handle pricing discussions, contract terms, and finalize sales agreements.
- Provide after-sales support – Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities – Stay informed about industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts – Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Collaborate with internal team- Work with marketing, customer service, and other departments to optimize sales strategies.
