Who are you?
- A highly motivated Music Teacher with excellent attention to detail, who loves working with students and can lead practical music sessions
- You are skilled in preparing lesson plans, organizing musical performances, and managing classroom resources effectively.
- You understand the importance of fostering a creative and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all students feel encouraged and supported in their musical journey.
- A responsible and hard-working individual who enjoys mentoring students, guiding music projects, and providing extra support to students who need more attention to develop their musical skills.
- Confident in using technology and software to enhance music education, manage resources, and organize school performances.
What we’re looking for:

- A Tanzanian who holds a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Music, Arts and Design, Theater, or a related field. You must have graduated from an Accredited Higher Learning Institution within East Africa with excellent academic performance records.
- A minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience from secondary school or an institution that teach music.
- Passionate about music education and committed to inspiring students to achieve their full potential.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as a medium of instruction.
- A well-rounded, independent and mature individual with a diverse knowledge in NECTA Curriculum. Your someone who observes ethics and demonstrates professionalism in your approach and standard of work.
- An individual who is able to adapt to our school’s diverse Policies and Procedures (including working over the weekends when required).
- Competent female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
