E360 is a Training and consulting Company that that provides integrated educational and engineering solutions that protect the environment and mitigate risks to businesses, personnel and the community. E360 is looking for qualified persons to fill the posts of 40 District Trainers to look after project that will be ran through 8 regions of Tanzania namely Tanga, Dodoma, Manyara, Singida, Tabora, Shinyanga, Geita and Kagera. Trainers will be working from following Districts Muleba, Biharamulo, Bukoba, Misenyi, Geita, Chato, Bukombe, Mbogwe, Igunga, Nzega, Iramba, Mkalama, Singida, Kondoa, Chemba, Kahama, Hanang, Kiteto, Handeni, Kilindi, Muheza, Korogwe and Tanga city.
Job Description
- This position typically supports a large/complex-level size project, to train project affected Households in Business Ideation, Incubation and Enterprise Development Services.
- There will be a lot of interaction with local community and therefore it demands highly disciplined individuals.
Specific duties include:
- Training of PAHs on Business Ideation, Incubation and Enterprise development Services.
- Coaching of the trained PAHs using different methodologies – one on one, group coaching and encouraging peer to peer coaching
- Support the respective PAHs to set up and formulate VSLAs
- Work with District Administrators to ensure trainings are well coordinated.
- Conduct needs assessment surveys
- Prepare Training report
- Keep attendance of the trainees.
- Ensure all training venues are well set up with all necessary equipment in place.
- Review the list of Trainees with District Administrators.
- Liaise with Head office on all matters pertaining to district training issues.
- Ensure all trainings are done as per developed safety procedures and protocol.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Head office.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in in Business Management/Administration, Commerce, or related field with 3-5 years of administration/ management experience, also knowledge and expert understanding of administrative policies, procedures, and practices. Or Advanced Diploma/Diploma with 5-7 years of relevant experience may be considered.
- Knowledge and expert understanding of administrative policies, procedures, and practices
- Proven ability and skills to closely administer and manage work programs.
- Ability to provide quality support services to the office and the team.
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
- Training skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and interaction capabilities with all staff levels of the organization to resolve problem situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills and leadership skills in supporting an operation
- Commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and deliver high volumes of work with minimal supervision.
- High degree of proficiency in written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
- Ability to work collaboratively, productively, and sensitively within a multidiscipline, multicultural and multigender environment.
- Well-developed computer skills
