Job Description
The role exists to support & service internal stakeholders & external suppliers on Procurement tools & processes, through creating requests on the Procurement platform and redirecting discipline-specific queries to the appropriate members ensuring queries are resolved within agreed SLA.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications
- Type of Qualification: Degree and CPSP certification as an added advantage
- Field of Study: Purchasing and Procurement
Experience Required
- Sourcing
- Procurement
- 1-3 years
- Experience in client support, resolving queries for both internal and external stakeholders, with sound knowledge of the Procurement function and processes.
- 1-3 years
- Experience in supporting stakeholders on procure-to-pay systems (Coupa). Knowledge of the end to end procurement process, with an understanding of the link between system and process.
