Your Building Solution

  • Achieve monthly sales targets with a focus on Solution business
  • Track inquiries and convert them to orders
  • Visit markets – Sell products and solutions by establishing and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Generate new leads within the region
  • Monitor and provide regular updates on competitor activities, new products, and market condition
  • Educate customers on how our products and solution can benefit them
  • Provide support, information, and guidance
  • Issue Proforma Invoices and follow up for payment
  • Keep customers informed on their orders
  • Manage customer complaints
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and customers’ accounts
  • Ensure payment collections
  • Prepare reports as and when required
  • Participate in trade fair and exhibition
  • Ensure compliance with Service Centre SOP
  • Undergraduate degree in business management
  • Min 3 years of experience
  • Good negotiation skills and decision making
  • Excellent customer service
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work long hours as and when required
  • Possess a valid driving license
