Ramani Kali Visual Lab, a fast-growing firm specializing in building construction and renowned for its expertise in design and build, construction project management, and offering comprehensive architectural and structural design services, is seeking motivated Salesperson Interns to join our dynamic team. As a leading supplier of Rock Blocks (Tofali za mwamba) and a trusted provider of architectural and structural design solutions, we are committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients.

  • Responsibilities:
    Identify and target potential customers in the building construction industry, including architects, contractors, developers, and construction project managers.
  • Actively promote and sell our Rock Blocks, architectural and structural design services, construction project management, and other offerings to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions for both architectural and structural aspects of construction projects.
  • Assist in project management activities, including coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the building construction industry.
  • Familiarity with construction project management processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using social media other sales tools.
  • A certificate or diploma in sales, marketing, or business management is preferred.
