MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Capture waybills key information into the CTS system timely
- Generate CTS reports and share them accordingly in a timely manner
- Ensure functionality of the Last Mile Mobile Solution (LMMS) application
- Participate in periodical Physical Inventory exercises
- Ensure timely uploading of periodical approved reports
- Follow up on CSS and ensure timely uploading
- Represent the program in Humanitarian Information Reporting forums organized at different national and regional levels
- Enhance internal controls regularly
END RESULTS:
- Key data captured into CTS timely
- CTS reports are generated timely
- Functional LMMS
- Physical Inventory is undertaken precisely
- Quality reports compiled and submitted
- Monthly CSS uploaded timely
- Forums attended
- Loses mitigated
Required Professional Experience
- Three years experience in working with humanitarian operations,
- Experience in reporting and ICT
- Experience in working for commodities programs
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
- Training in commodities management, response training, human resources management, management, and ICT
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
- Degree in Accountant, Procurement, Information Communication, and Technology, a master’s degree is an added advantage
