Ihefu FC is a Tanzanian soccer team based in the Mbeya region. The club’s stadium is located in Mbarali District, Ubaruku district, which is also the location of the club’s headquarters.

Currently, they play their home games at the Highlands Estates Stadium in Ubaruku, Mbarali District, Mbeya region.

Ihefu was established in 2012. It competed in the second division league (SDL) and the first division league (FDL) and was promoted in 2019 after finishing second in group A of FDL and facing Mbao Fc in a play-off. Ihefu defeated Mbao 2-0 in the first leg contested at Ihefu’s home field, but they were defeated 4-2 in the second leg, making the aggregate score 4-4 and allowing Ihefu to advance with the advantage of away goals.

It participated in the Tanzania Premier League in the 2020/21 season, but was relegated after finishing in 17th place with 35 points in 34 games, 9 wins, 8 draws, and 17 losses, while scoring 22 goals and conceding 41 goals. Ihefu SC, Gwambina FC, JKT Tanzania FC, and Mwadui FC were all relegated that season.
