RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own, manage and drive sales in the Corporate & B2B segment in the state
- Set up a strong lead generation engine
- Client consultation for requirement gathering and product feature
- Mapping of the competitive market
- Product presentation
- Negotiation and Sales Closure
- Technical Consultation, Training & Support
- Ideas and strategies to drive consistent sales performance
- Set up strong customer engagement programs that lead to deeper customer satisfaction, strengthening of customer ties, and effective farming of customer referrals
REQUIREMENTS
- Supervise the work of subordinates in the department to ensure they perform their work effectively.
- An interface between Top Management and clients.
- Competence in document preparation using MS Word, data collection, and recording/
- presentation using MS Excel, and competence in using MS PowerPoint for presentations and posters.
- Brilliant client-facing skills incorporating significant commercial experience.
Plan, organize, and prioritize work.
