Open University of Tanzania (OUT) Selected Applicants For 2024/2025

The Open University of Tanzania is a distance learning public university in Tanzania and the largest by the number of students It is a single mode institution offering certificate, diploma and degree courses through distance learning

The Open University of Tanzania was established by an Act of Parliament No. 17 of 1992. The Act became operational on 1st March, 1993 by publication of Notice No. 55 in the official gazette. The First Chancellor was officially installed in a full ceremony on 19th January, 1994. Act No.17 of 1992 has now been replaced by the Open University of Tanzania Charter, effectively from January 1st, 2007, which is in line with the University Act No.7 of 2005.

The Open University of Tanzania (OUT) has declared its highly awaited list of selected applicants for the academic year 2024/2025. This list includes applicants whose applications have been accepted and who have been selected to join this university based on the admission guidelines of TCU.

The list of applicants selected to join OUT has been published on the university’s website, and applicants can download the list to confirm their names.

Selected applicants are required to download the orientation form to learn more about registration, tuition fees, and other instructions related to their studies at the Open University of Tanzania (OUT).
