Job Functions
- Reviewing the quality of calls made by the Log Book Finance Team
- Conducting exit and mid-term interviews with clients
- Conducting regular customer surveys
- Ensure all necessary calls are compliant
- Conducting customer service trainings
Work station: Dar es salaam
Qualification and Experience.
- Bachelor in Business related field from any recognized University
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Good problem analysis and solving skills
