Description
Are you passionate about recruitment/Talent Acquisition and seeking to grow a career in recruitment/Talent Acquisition? We are looking for you to join our dynamic team in the capacity of the Recruitment Specialist. This role is responsible for spearheading the end-to-end recruitment/talent acquisition process and managing the recruitment team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with hiring managers to obtain staffing needs and create JDs
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, headhunting and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse and high-quality candidates
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve individual and team targets.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
Undertake other HR generalist responsibilities as need be.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Required Specifications
At least 4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition or a similar role
Experience working in a recruitment agency or a HR Consulting firm is highly desirable
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Experience in SME HR management and recruitment dynamics
A Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or a related field
HR Qualification and IHRM membership
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS),LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
High emotional intelligence and excellent people skills
Experience in headhunting
