Our core HR activities include Recruitment, Labour Outsourcing, Payroll Management, and Employee Trainings. We build fruitful relationships with our clients and always aim to add value to their business by improving the efficiency of their HR activities and increasing the return on their Human Capital spend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting inductions for new staff.
  • Preparing name badges for staff ,iIssuing of uniforms,Ensuring that every staff signs off the confidential forms.
  • Ensure that every staff has a staff file,manage leave days for staff and issue leave forms to the supervisors.
  • Issue salary advance forms for staff and submit approvals for disbursement.
  • Spot all the buildings to ensure all staff is at work,Ensure adherence to HR policy and booklet.
  • Maintenance report for each vehicle per month/week. Vehicle movement per month and kilometers covered.
  • Check odometer reading every evening plus morning and record mileage covered per day.
  • Branding license printed and in the vehicle ,first Aid Kit, Road Safety Triangle and Fire extinguisher in place
  • The staff attends to the clients allocated for the day/week/month.
  • Preparation for contracts based on Estimates given by the Accountant.
  • Purchasing of office and building supplies,Raising the purchase requisition.
  • Supplying the monthly supplies to the building

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, or other related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in administration in a busy office.
  • Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, Access.
  • Knowledge of administrative rules and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of inter-related complex administrative services.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of personal initiative, pro-active problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to supervise and train support staff.
