Job Functions

• Leadership and branch Coordination
• Recruitment and activation of sales agents
• Team Leadership, training and ensuring team achievement of sales targets
• Ensure the portfolio is performing within the Company standards
• Timely submission of Reports
• HR support and system

Attributes

• Ability to coach, lead and manage a team of sales agents
• Good Customer, care skills for internal and external clients
• Posses analytical, Good Communication and Reporting
• Problem analysis and solving skills

Work Station: Bukoba, Chato, Manyara, Iringa, Songea, Sumbawanga, Vwawa, Ifakara

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma in Business Administration or any Business related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing / team leadership
• Proficiency in computer applications.
