- HUMAN RESOURCE INTERNSHIP (3 positions)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Human Resource Intern supports the HR department in daily operations and assists in implementing HR policies and procedures. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in human resource management and organizational development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support onboarding activities such as preparing employee files, orientation materials, and documentation.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure all HR files are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in handling basic employee inquiries and escalate complex issues to the HR Manager.
- Support the performance management process by organizing appraisal documents and tracking deadlines.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
- Help with payroll data preparation, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and local labor laws as needed.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, summaries, and presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, and any other related field.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws is an added advantage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing and processing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Support daily accounting activities, including data entry and updating financial records.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and tracking of company transactions.
- Help maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring.
- Help in processing payments and following up on outstanding receivables.
- Support payroll preparation by compiling and verifying relevant data.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in conducting legal research on various laws, regulations, and legal issues.
- Support the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Help maintain and organize legal files, records, and documentation.
- Assist in ensuring company compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Support in drafting basic legal correspondence and reports.
- Assist in monitoring contract deadlines and renewals.
- Help in handling routine legal inquiries and escalate complex matters to the Legal Officer.
- Support the preparation of case summaries, briefs, and presentations.
- Assist in liaising with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities when required.
